Wuling Officially Opens Its First Dealer in Cikarang

Bringing integrated facilities to ease the customer in accessing Wuling’s sales & service

Cikarang, 28 September 2018 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) strengthen its sales and aftersales service through the grand opening of Wuling Arista Cikarang today. This outlet, which is operated by PT Arista Jaya Lestari, have implemented the integrated concept of 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare part) in order to deliver the convenience for the customers in accessing both sales and aftersales services.

Wuling Arista Cikarang dealer, which is located at Jl. Sriwijaya No. 20, Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java, is built on 2,000 square meters land with 2,225 square meters of building area. In addition to the availability of showroom with 6 units displayed capacity, this outlet is also supported with various facilities to serve the customers such as comfortable air-conditioned waiting room, free Wi-Fi, as well as snacks and drinks.

In attempt to deliver the best after sales, Wuling Arista Cikarang is facilitated with 522,5 square meters service area with 12 units of stall service. Wuling Mobile Service (WMS) is also available to offer the flexibility for the customers who need aftersales services but unable to visit the dealer. Regarding the operational hours, this dealer will operate every day, opened from 08.00 – 20.00 WIB and reachable through phone number (021) 899 5555.
