South Tangerang, November 16th 2021 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) further strengthens its long-term commitment in Indonesia by presenting various high quality after-sales services.  At today’s media briefing event at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2021, Wuling explained the latest after-sales service that provides more easiness for the customers. Ranging from Wuling Mobile Service (WMS) motorcycle, Wuling service priority, body repair, Over-The-Air (OTA), pick up & drop off, up to collaboration support to improve competence and knowledge transfer.

“In line with Wuling’s theme at GIIAS 2021 ‘Innovate with Indonesia’, Wuling also innovated in terms of after-sales service.  We are committed to always innovate in improving the quality of after-sales service to provide peace and convenience for consumers in owning Wuling products. Therefore, we introduce the latest variety of services to be more complete and easier for consumers,” said Taufik S. Arief, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.

WMS motor bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih cepat kepada para konsumen 1000x686Now, Wuling Mobile Service (WMS) motorcycles are presented in order to complement the WMS car.  This service aims to provide faster service to the consumers, especially in times of heavy traffic. WMS Motor can handle various emergency to mild problems, such as jump-start batteries, auto lockout, fuel delivery, as well as tire, oil, wiper, and spark plugs changes.

Then there is also the Wuling Priority Service for Almaz RS consumers. Through this program, Wuling provides various after-sales services free of charge for a year for Almaz RS, which consists of 24-hour emergency services without distance restrictions, home services without visiting fees, repair services in workshops with stalls & exclusive waiting rooms without queues, pick up & drop off service without limit on the number of uses, and an extension of the CVT warranty period up to 5 years. This service is valid in certain workshops, except for ERA and extended warranty that applies nationwide.

In addition, Wuling has launched an Over-The-Air-based service that allows Almaz RS users to perform system updates anywhere and anytime via MyWuling+ app at the end of last month. There is also pick up & drop off service for Greater Jakarta area for the entire Wuling product line. Wuling has also collaborated with one of the professional workshops of body repair and vehicle painting, Tekno Body Repair, in five major cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Pekanbaru, and Palembang, to provide convenience for consumers who want to repair their vehicle’s body.

About the collaboration support in terms of competence and knowledge transfer, Wuling also officially held the ‘Wuling Bakti Pendidikan’ program at SMK Taruna Bangsa, Pati, Central Java, last September in order to collaborate on education in Indonesia through knowledge transfer. Moreover, not long ago, Wuling contributed to the ‘Lomba Kompetensi Siswa’ (LKS) SMK 2021 in the competency branch of Autobody Repair. This cooperation is expected to produce outstanding vocational students who can compete nationally and internationally.

As for technology-based services, Wuling is supported by the MyWuling+ application which provides after-sales service with the convenience to contact technicians and customer service online, service booking, 24-hour road assistance, knowing the location of the nearest dealership, user community, loyalty program, and information about sales and after-sales promos. Especially for Almaz RS, MyWuling+ is also connected to Almaz RS vehicles as part of the Internet of Vehicle (IoV) ecosystem so that Almaz RS consumers can operate several Almaz RS features remotely via MyWuling+ from their smartphones, such as turning on & off the engine, turning on & off the AC. and open & close doors, open & close windows and find vehicle locations. Wuling’s official workshop officer has also been equipped with the Service Assistant System (SAS), which is a paperless mobile service reception using a tablet with an easy process and shortens the time service.

Regarding its dealer network, Wuling is currently supported by 128 authorized dealers spread throughout Indonesia and 108 outlets are 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) dealers.
