Job Responsibilities

  • ¬†As window person in between of Call Center Vendor & PT SGMW. Manage and solve complaint from customer.
  • At least 3 years working experience in field of automotive or customer handling management.
  • Good knowledge in customer support with people management, experience in analyzing customer voice and delivering insights.
  • Be familiar with related laws, regulations and operating mode in Indonesia .
  • Good skill in Microsoft tools,eg.Excel, powerpoint.
