Almaz is officially presented with the first Indonesian voice command and 7-seater configuration

South Tangerang, July 18 2019 - Wuling Motors (Wuling) today officially markets the latest Smart Technology SUV variant, Almaz, at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2019. Medium SUV with Wuling innovation Indonesian Command (WIND) and choices of 7-seater configuration is commercialized on Jakarta's on-the-road (OTR) prices starting from Rp 263.800.000.

"Our advanced technology innovation and development is presented through WIND and the 7-seater formation on the new Almaz variant to provide unlimited driving experience. This is our first step to realize Accelerate Technology in a vehicle that is smart, integrated and connected, "said Cindy Cai, Vice President of Wuling Motors.

WIND is an interactive voice command innovation that is operated using everyday Indonesian language that allows users to turn on, turn off, or operate various vehicle features, ranging from air conditioners, windows, panoramic sunroof, access to entertainment features such as music or radio, making phone calls, running applications such as Wuling Link or TPMS, up to time and date information. This advanced feature shapes smart ecosystems in an era of modern mobility.

The leading technology of the turbo gasoline engine is still applied to this Almaz variant. The resulting performance is capable of producing maximum power of 140 HP and 250 Nm of torque that is channeled through a smooth CVT transmission, with a choice of eco, sport and 8-speed manual simulation driving. Not only that, Almaz is now also presented with a 6-speed manual transmission option.

Various modern features are embedded in this SUV which consists of a panoramic sunroof, start-stop button, keyless remote, keyless entry, Infinity by Harman sound system, up to 360^o cameras. Almaz this version also has complete safety features ranging from Dual Front & Front Side Airbags, Electric Parking Brake (EPB), Auto Vehicle Holding (AVH), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Hold Control (HHC), ABS + EBD + BA, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), to Emergency Stop Signal (ESS).

The nuances of the stunning and sporty design on the front are still an attraction through the Integrated Future Eyes LED and LED projector headlights in the lower area. This medium SUV also applies dynamic parallel and floating roof design. At the rear, Almaz gets a new touch on the rear bumper. There are six choices of Almaz colors namely Aurora Silver, Starry Black, Pristine White, Dazzling Silver, Carnelian Red, and Burgundy Red.
