Wuling Motors Indonesia is a subsidiary of SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile, or SGMW. It was formed through a joint venture between SAIC Motor, General Motors, and Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd., making it the first Chinese automotive company to have a factory in Indonesia.
