Jakarta, December 9, 2024 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) continues demonstrating its commitment to providing the best experience for its customers in Indonesia through two flagship programs: Worry-Free Bersama Wuling EV and Berani Lebih Bersama Wuling SUV. These programs are designed to ensure comfort, peace of mind, and satisfaction for customers owning Wuling’s innovative vehicles, whether in the electric vehicle or SUV segments. Excitingly, these special programs are extended until the end of December, with terms and conditions applied.

The Worry-Free Bersama Wuling EV program applies to customers who purchase Wuling EV ABC Stories, including Air ev, BinguoEV, and Cloud EV. One of the program’s main highlights is the lifetime warranty for the core EV components, including the electric motor, motor control unit, and battery. This warranty eliminates concerns about the reliability of key components and offers long-term peace of mind for Wuling EV owners.
As part of the program, Wuling also offers an Extensive Free Maintenance Program, covering free service and spare parts for up to 15.5 years or 155,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. Wuling simplifies home charging by providing a complimentary 7kW AC charging device with free installation. Additionally, Air ev buyers will receive an electricity voucher worth Rp2 million, to further enhance the convenience of using electric vehicles.
Wuling EV buyers also enjoy other tailored benefits to meet their needs. For example, Air ev buyers receive an Rp2 million electricity voucher for one year to help reduce operational costs. Meanwhile, BinguoEV and Cloud EV buyers are entitled to a free DC adapter, which improves charging efficiency.

“We are equally committed to our SUV customers through the Berani Lebih Bersama Wuling SUV program. This initiative aims to provide added value for consumers purchasing Wuling’s Alvez and Almaz series, offering a competitive resale value guarantee, free maintenance, and a lifetime warranty for core hybrid components,” Ricky added.
Under the Berani Lebih Bersama Wuling SUV program, Wuling guarantees a 70% resale value in the third year of ownership. This guarantee is valid from the 25th to the 36th month after the purchase date, with terms and conditions applied. If the resale value of the old unit exceeds the price of a new unit during trade-ins, customers will receive the price difference.
Additionally, Wuling offers free periodic maintenance services for up to 8 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This service ensures that customers can enjoy a worry-free journey without the burden of additional costs for routine maintenance, allowing them to focus on a comfortable driving experience. Another standout feature of this program is the lifetime warranty for core hybrid components, including the Power Battery, Motor Controller, and Drive Motor.
To ensure the validity of these warranties, customers must adhere to specific terms and conditions, such as maintaining the vehicle’s originality without modifications and avoiding situations that could cause significant damage, such as collisions or accidents impacting the vehicle’s physical or mechanical condition.
