BinguoEV, Wuling’s Second Electric Car is Officially Marketed in the City of Surabaya

Surabaya, Januari 10, 2024 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) continues the series of launching its newest electric car, BinguoEV (pronounced: Bing-go EV) in Surabaya, East Java. Collaborating with Wuling Arista, Wuling Perdana, Wuling Maju Motor, Wuling Prima and Wuling BLESS as dealer partners in Surabaya and surrounding areas, Wuling officially launched BinguoEV to the people of the city of Heroes with a price of IDR365,000,000 for Long Range and IDR415,000,000 for Premium Range (OTR Surabaya). Customers can see the second electric car from Wuling in person and take a test drive with BinguoEV and other Wuling products at Fashion Atrium, Pakuwon Mall Surabaya until January 14, 2024.

Wuling BinguoEV features a compact design that optimizes space and comfort. This EV hatchback reflects a harmonious and modern blend. The exterior carries a timeless design. Starting from the X-Shaped LED Headlamp and Diamond Shaped Grille. Then the Impressive Two-Tone Body Color creates an elegant and unique look. At the rear, the BinguoEV is equipped with X-Shaped LED Tail Lights and a Streamline Ducktail that gives it a modern and futuristic touch.
Moving into the interior, the electric car features a classy feel and extra comfort for the driver and passengers. The Floating Island Center Console adds a modern and futuristic aura, giving the impression of a more spacious and functional space. Not only that, the presence of trims and ceramic glaze texture on some parts creates an elegant and pleasant atmosphere. The BinguoEV's cabin is spacious and has easily accessible storage space. The driver and passengers can organize their belongings in the 15 compartments available. There is also a Deep Sunk Style Trunk Space that allows users to store more items in the trunk. The overall trunk space of the BinguoEV with the second row bench folded reaches 790 liters.

The driving experience feels premium thanks to a variety of functional support features including Smart Entry & Smart Start, Multifunction Steering Wheel wrapped in Synthetic Leather, 10.25-inch TFT Dual Screen, 6-way Electric Adjustable Driver Seat, Cruise Control, Rear Parking Sensor and Camera, Electric Parking Brake, 4 Speakers, and Distinctive Rotary Gear Selector. There are also four driving modes that make traveling more comfortable, ranging from ECO, ECO+, Sport, and Normal.
Wuling BinguoEV is equipped with an IP67 standard battery and a frame structure made of High Strength Steel, this electric vehicle ensures a high level of safety. Other safety features such as Auto Vehicle Holding, Electronic Stability Control, ABS & EBD, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, ISOFIX, and 2 SRS Airbags also support a safe and comfortable journey.
In terms of performance and battery capacity, the BinguoEV is powered by a 50 kWh electric motor. The power is generated through a Single Reduction Gear transmission. The BinguoEV is also powered by an IP67-standard Lithium Ferro-Phosphate (LFP) battery with a capacity of 31.9 kWh for the Long Range type that can travel up to 333 kilometers and 37.9 kWh for the Premium Range type that can travel up to 410 kilometers when fully charged.
The BinguoEV is available in three colors for customers to choose from, including Milk Tea and Mousse Green with brown and white interior, and Galaxy Blue with black and white cabin.
"The benefits available to customers during the BinguoEV launch period include a Lifetime Core EV Components Warranty. This warranty covers the core components of the electric vehicle, including the power battery, drive motor, and motor controller unit. This Lifetime Core EV Components Warranty is the first warranty provided by an electric vehicle manufacturer in Indonesia. In addition, customers also receive free charging pile and accessories such as window film, storage box, and carpet," added Edison.
