Strengthening Customer Relationship, Wuling Held Family Gathering Day

A form of appreciation for Wuling Motors customers of the Confero series
Jakarta, 22 October, 2017 – Wuling Motors held a customer gathering in Ancol Beach City, Pantai Carnaval Ancol, North Jakarta titled ‘Wuling Family Gathering Day’ on Saturday, 21 October 2017. This event was held to strengthen customers relationship as well as a form of appreciation of Wuling Motors towards customer support in the country. There were as many 155 Wuling family who also the owner of the Confero series that participated in this event.
“We are very grateful to our customers that decided to choose our first MPV product and we hope through this event, we can strengthen our relationship as one big family of Wuling Motors,” said Cindy Cai, Vice President of VSSM Wuling Motors.
In addition, Wuling also conducted a hand-over ceremony of 16 unit symbolically to customers in Jabodetabek area. The procession was marked by a key handover to the customer as well as a formal welcome greeting to the Wuling family.
Moreover, Wuling also announced the winner of the National Sales Pre-Book program period of June-July 2017 in this event. The program was participated by hundreds of customers from 15 cities spread across Indonesia. The main prize consisted of 3 unit of Confero S cars and 50 units of smart phones.
In order to illustrate the excellent after-sales service, Wuling also provided Customer Care Corner area. In this area, customers could obtain more information about the aftersales service of Wuling Motors including warranty, dealer network, sparepart availability, Wuling Call Center, and Wuling Mobile Service (WMS).
