Wuling Adds EV Customers’ Worry-Free Program with Extensive Free Maintenance
Customers who purchase Air ev or BinguoEV will receive a free periodic maintenance fee
Jakarta, 17 February 2024 - During the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024, Wuling Motors (Wuling) announced an additional worry-free program for customers who purchase Air ev or BinguoEV during the exhibition. Carrying the name Extensive Free Maintenance, this program makes Wuling electric vehicle customers more comfortable in terms of ownership costs. The benefit of Extensive Free Maintenance is free periodic maintenance costs 16 times according to the interval or period stated in the service book.

"The Extensive Free Maintenance is presented to add the convenience of low cost of ownership (COO) for customers of Wuling electric vehicles, both Air ev and BinguoEV. Customers can save more by owning Wuling electric vehicles with periodic maintenance costs provided free of charge. Through this program, we hope that customers can further enjoy the driving experience with Wuling EV as part of an environmentally friendly lifestyle," said Dian Asmahani as Sales and Marketing Director of Wuling Motors.
Customers are eligible for the Extensive Free Maintenance program by purchasing an Air ev or BinguoEV at IIMS 2024 until 29 February 2024. This program is a free periodic maintenance service including services and spare parts 16 times referring to the service book held by each owner. For Air ev Extensive Free Maintenance, it is valid for up to 8 years or 150,000 kilometers, and BinguoEV for up to 15.5 years or 155,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).

The terms and conditions that apply to Air ev and BinguoEV customers need to be considered to enjoy this special program. First, customers must have their electric vehicles serviced at an authorized dealer in the Wuling dealer network. Second, customers' electric vehicles must use genuine spare parts from Wuling. Lastly, customers routinely perform periodic maintenance following the maintenance schedule in the service book.
The Extensive Free Labor program complements the previously available after-sales service for Air ev and Binguo EV, namely the Lifetime Core EV Component Warranty. The program is a lifetime warranty for the core components of electric vehicles consisting of power batteries, drive motors, and motor control units. This program is subject to terms and conditions.
"Both Extensive Free Maintenance and Lifetime Core EV Component Warranty programs are parts of Wuling's commitment as a trusted electric vehicle manufacturer in Indonesia to always provide more value for its electric car users. Thanks to these two programs, Wuling Air ev and Wuling BinguoEV customers only need to spend money on charging. Customers do not need to worry about the main components of EV and also free periodic maintenance costs," explained Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.
For additional information in this year's IIMS, Wuling also showcases a total of 13 units at Booth D8 hall D JIexpo Kemayoran. Starting from the electrification product line, namely Air ev, BinguoEV and Wuling's third electric car that will be marketed later in Indonesia, Cloud EV. The ICE (internal combustion engine) car segment consists of Confero S, Cortez and Alvez. Then in the hybrid class, there is the New Almaz RS Hybrid. The product models that can be tried during IIMS 2024 are Air ev, Binguo EV, Almaz, and Alvez.
