Starting from warranty to spare parts and customer service will be Wuling’s top priority to provide customer convenience.

 

In this after-sales service, Wuling provides general warranty up to 3 years or 100,000 km, exclusive engine and transmission key components warranty up to 5 years, and spare parts warranty for one year. Wuling also provides free labor fee up to 50,000 km or 2.5 years, according to terms and conditions. Wuling wants to realize Drive For A Better Life value with the best after-sales service for its customers.

 

Working together with renowned automotive component providers such as YFKSS, Nexteer, and Asahima Flat sGlass, Wuling ensures quality parts and is always available at an affordable price. By building Supplier Park, that occupies half of the factory establishment, Wuling Motors manages to sustain effective time and cost in order to provide affordable and reliable parts for all Wuling cars.

 

Each Wuling dealership network will also provide vehicle maintenance services that are 20% more affordable. Wuling Mobile Service (WMS) also makes car maintenance easier because Wuling owner can take care of his vehicle wherever he wants without any cost. In an emergency situation, customers may also use Wuling Mobile Service.
