The Intelligent Digital Car from Wuling comes with a dynamic appearance and WISE innovation
Yogyakarta, 30 March 2021 – After officially launched nationally, today Almaz RS, the flagship SUV from Wuling Motors (Wuling) was also launched in the city of Yogyakarta at the Ambarukmo Plaza Atrium. This intelligent car is supported by Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem (WISE) technology and is marketed in two variants, namely EX and Pro with a choice of 5-seater and 7-seater seat configurations.

The nomenclature 'RS' after the name Almaz is an abbreviation of Rising Star which is interpreted as the flagship model of Wuling with a variety of the latest technologies, namely Wuling Indonesian Command (WIND) and Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem (WISE). In addition, the modern exterior and interior design, unique driving experience, and comfort and safety features that are competitive in its class reinforce this SUV's identity as a Rising Star.
WISE innovation is divided into two features, namely the Internet of Vehicle (IoV) and the Advanced Driver Assistant System (ADAS). IoV can connect users with vehicles through the MyWuling+ application and the head unit which is supported by the Indonesian language voice command, Wuling Indonesian Command (WIND). ADAS is also here to provide convenience and comfort while driving with Almaz RS which is divided into four categories, namely Adaptive Cruise, Lane Recognition, Safe Distance & Braking Assistance, and Automatic Light.

This latest product from Wuling also receives a variety of new design touches, starting from the dynamic design language seen from the integrated future eyes LED, futuristic grille to dynamic tail design. Looking at the interior, Almaz RS is also equipped with a modern interior design coupled with a wireless charging pad feature, a built-in air ionizer, updates to the head unit display, as well as several additional buttons on the steering wheel that help users activate various features. Regarding other supporting features, Almaz RS is accommodated by a panoramic sunroof, start-stop button, 360o Camera, Electric Parking Brake (EPB) and Auto Vehicle Holding (AVH), as well as complete safety and security features in its class.
In this launch period, Wuling also held an exhibition and provided a test drive opportunity until April 5, 2021 by implementing health protocols during activities both at the exhibition and in the test drive.
In addition, Wuling provides a special program in the form of a subsidy for Almaz RS during the launch period until April 30, 2021 and provides free periodic service fees for up to 50,000 kilometers or 4 years with terms and conditions applied. Customers in the Yogyakarta area are also supported by extensive dealer network consisting of Wuling AJM Yogyakarta and Wuling AJM Yogyakarta Mlati.

Wuling Motors was officially established in Indonesia in July 2017.
