Wuling and KALISTA Establish Strategic Partnership for the Provision and After-Sales Service of Mitra EV
A strategic collaboration between both parties to strengthen the commercial electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia
Cikarang, September 26, 2025 – PT SGMW Sales Indonesia (Wuling Motors) and KALISTA today held the signing ceremony of a strategic partnership between Wuling Mitra EV and KALISTA. In this ceremony, both parties formalized a strategic collaboration covering the provision and after-sales service of the Mitra EV commercial electric vehicle. This signing marks the beginning of a joint initiative to provide reliable, environmentally friendly mobility solutions for various business sectors in Indonesia, while also accelerating the adoption of commercial electric vehicles in the country.

Within this strategic partnership, Wuling and KALISTA agreed on several key points, including the provision of Mitra EV units, maintenance services based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA), guaranteed spare parts availability, and warranty terms for both units and components. In addition, the agreement also covers operational risk mitigation and a sustainable supply commitment to support KALISTA’s long-term contracts with its clients.

“This collaboration with Wuling reinforces KALISTA’s commitment to accelerating EV adoption in the logistics sector. Mitra EV has proven its reliability through an 11-day trial under real operational conditions, recording 49 trips with an energy efficiency of 0.14 kWh/km, equivalent to 1 kWh for 7 km. The results showed energy cost savings of up to 69% compared to ICE vehicles. With this performance, we are confident in encouraging more businesses to switch to environmentally friendly logistics solutions,” said Yoga Adiwinarto, Business Development Director of KALISTA.
