Wuling and Pos Indonesia Collaborate to Deliver Eco-Friendly Logistics Services
Through the handover ceremony of 25 Mitra EV units ‘Satu Rekan, Banyak Solusi’ to Pos Indonesia and Pos Logistics
Jakarta, September 19, 2025 – In support of the growing adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia and the realization of sustainable logistics services, PT SGMW Sales Indonesia (Wuling Motors) has established a strategic collaboration with PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). This partnership was marked by a symbolic handover ceremony of Wuling Mitra EV Blind Van units today at Bunga Rampai Restaurant in Central Jakarta. The moment marks a significant milestone in delivering eco-friendly, efficient, and innovative logistics solutions.
“Wuling is committed to delivering mobility innovations that accelerate the electrification of vehicles in Indonesia. Mitra EV was introduced as Wuling’s first commercial electric vehicle, designed to meet logistics needs efficiently, functionally, and with a modern approach. We truly appreciate Pos Indonesia’s commitment to driving the transformation of national logistics. The presence of Mitra EV in Pos Indonesia’s fleet not only supports operational productivity but also represents a shared vision of sustainable logistics,” stated Kharismawan Awangga, Sales Operation Director of Wuling Motors.

Responding to this collaboration, Imam Pujono, Senior Vice President of Operation Management PosIND, said, “The innovation introduced by Wuling through the Mitra EV aligns with the operational transformation currently being implemented by Pos Indonesia. The utilization of electric vehicles is a concrete step for us in providing logistics services that are more efficient, environmentally friendly, and supportive of the national emission reduction targets. We believe this collaboration will strengthen Pos Indonesia’s competitiveness in the era of modern logistics.”
As part of this collaboration, Wuling provides 25 Mitra EV Blind Van units along with technical support, while Pos Indonesia integrates the Mitra EV into its daily logistics operations to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce operational costs, and lower carbon emissions. This synergy further strengthens the role of Pos Indonesia, Pos Logistics, and Wuling in fostering the development of the national electric vehicle ecosystem.

This cooperation began on July 31, 2025, when Pos Logistics announced the winner of the tender for the procurement of tertiary EV Blind Van rentals in Jakarta 2025. PT Go Rental and Kopposindo were appointed as the operators for the Wuling Mitra EV Blind Van units. Additionally, Wuling provided training for Pos Logistics drivers on August 20, 2025, at Wuling’s Cikarang plant in West Java, covering Mitra EV operation as part of the technical support in this collaboration.
The Wuling Mitra EV itself is Wuling’s first commercial electric vehicle in Indonesia, carrying the spirit of “Satu Rekan, Banyak Solusi” (One Partner, Many Solutions). Available in Blind Van and Minibus variants, with Polar White and Mountain Grey exterior color options, the Mitra EV is designed as an efficient, versatile, and modern fleet solution, reliable as a true working partner to meet daily business operational needs. This first commercial vehicle from Wuling is manufactured at Wuling’s Cikarang plant, West Java.
