Wuling Collaborates with NMAA, Showcasing the Urban Lifestyle-Inspired Eksion at GIIAS 2026
Wuling's electric SUV is enhanced with OEM+ modifications that combine premium and sporty elements
Tangerang, August 1, 2026 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) presents a special unit of the Wuling Eksion, developed in collaboration with National Modificator & Aftermarket Association (NMAA), as part of its participation in the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026. Embracing the Urban Lifestyle concept, this modification project offers a fresh interpretation of Wuling's electric SUV by combining its futuristic design with premium and sporty styling elements. This special display also highlights the potential of electric vehicles as an integral part of a modern lifestyle while preserving the vehicle's original identity.

“Our collaboration with NMAA is one of the ways we demonstrate that the Wuling Eksion has a strong design identity while offering the flexibility to be further developed through the creativity of automotive modifiers. Through the Urban Lifestyle concept, we aim to inspire the public to see that electric vehicles not only represent advanced technology and innovation but can also serve as a medium for personal expression while maintaining the quality, comfort, and distinctive design identity of Wuling,” said Danang Wiratmoko, Product Communication Manager of Wuling Motors.
Wuling Eksion modification adopts an OEM+ (Original Equipment Manufacturer Plus) approach under the Modern Urban Lifestyle theme. Every enhancement has been carried out proportionally without altering the vehicle's core design identity. This approach results in a sportier and more sophisticated appearance through refined visual details, creating a more premium character while remaining true to the Wuling Eksion's original design philosophy.

The enhancements include a custom front lip, custom side skirts, a custom rear lip spoiler, a lowered suspension, 19-inch Volk Rays OG TE37 wheels paired with Accelera Iota EVT 245/45 R19 tires, LED fog lamps mini projie pro 7, and the addition of a roof rack as a styling element. Each component has been carefully selected to enhance the vehicle's proportions and create a more dynamic appearance while preserving the comfort and modern character of Wuling's electric SUV.

Through the debut of the Wuling Eksion, created in collaboration with NMAA at GIIAS 2026, Wuling once again reaffirms its commitment to supporting the growth of Indonesia's automotive creative industry while fostering collaboration with the nation's vehicle modification community.
