Wuling Darion Officially Launched as the First EV & PHEV MPV Produced in Indonesia

This latest product line, a medium MPV with sliding doors, marks an important milestone in Wuling’s electrification journey in Indonesia. The launch of Darion represents Wuling’s commitment to delivering modern and environmentally friendly mobility solutions that are relevant to the needs of Indonesian families.

Therefore, Darion is produced at the Wuling Motors factory in Cikarang, West Java, involving local workers and global quality standards. This model is the first MPV in Indonesia to be available in two electrification options: Electric Vehicle (EV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). The availability of these two variants represents Wuling's concrete steps in supporting the transition toward sustainable mobility while addressing the public's need for efficient and environmentally friendly family vehicles.
In order to meet the diverse preferences of family consumers, Darion is available in four exterior colors: Starry Black, Frosty White, Haze Grey, and Orchid Purple. Meanwhile, the Wuling variant also offers four trim options, consisting of EV CE, EV EX, PHEV CE, and PHEV EX.
During the launch event, Wuling introduced a special program for the first 1,500 customers as part of Darion’s milestone debut in Indonesia. The Early Bird Privilege program provides added value and convenience for customers who choose Wuling Darion as their family’s next vehicle.
