Wuling EV ABC Stories Presents Drive For A Green Life Experience at the World Water Forum
The advantage of the Wuling EVs provide convenience and comfortable mobility for participants during the event
Bali, 23 May 2024 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) once again brings its environmentally friendly mobility by participating in the 10th World Water Forum 2024 event which was held in Bali. Wuling is proud to be part of the high-level meeting forum, which took place from 18 to 25 May. As the Official Car Partner, Wuling has deployed 150 units of ABC Stories electric vehicles, including Air ev, BinguoEV, and Cloud EV, to support the mobility of participating country delegations, international organizations, committees, as well as VIPs, to and from the location of the 10th World Water Forum 2024 activities.

The World Water Forum 2024 event is the 10th international forum in the water sector, which has been running from 18 to 25 May 2024, on the Island of the Gods. The event was organized by the Water Forum Council and carries the theme 'Water For Shared Prosperity,' which discusses global efforts to protect water as a resource for shared prosperity both now and in the future. This event was attended by 8 heads of state, 105 ministers, international organizations, committees, and delegates from 132 countries. Wuling deployed 150 units of electric vehicles to support the mobility of various activity agendas, such as the Welcoming Gala Dinner at GWK Cultural Park, the Opening Ceremony and High-Level Meeting at the Bali International Convention Center, and the Fair and Expo held at the Bali International Convention Center and Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center
A total of 50 Cloud EV units were used as protocol cars for the VIP convoy to escort senior officials and state ministers participating in the 10th World Water Forum 2024. This Medium Hatchback EV offers comfort thanks to its spacious cabin and comfortable Italian Bubble Sofa-style seats with a luxurious feel. Moreover, this electric vehicle is also supported by its smart and complete driving features, providing a premium driving experience to passengers and drivers. The Cloud EV, which is able to reach up to 460 km, is supported by an IP67 certified battery, ensuring its safety during use.

Wuling also assigned other electric vehicles, namely 16 units of Air ev Long Range and 84 units of BinguoEV Premium Range, which were used for delegates, international organizations, and committees. The Air ev, a compact electric vehicle, is easy to drive and could cover a distance of up to 300 km on one full charge. Meanwhile, the BinguoEV comes with a timeless exterior and interior design. This hatchback EV offers a spacious cabin and comfort-supporting features which enhance the premium driving experience.
To ensure comfort and peace of mind when using Wuling electric vehicles, Wuling has also prepared service and maintenance centers for all EV units in Bali. The ITDC Central Parking Nusa Dua serves as a parking and charging location for 50 units of Cloud EV. This electric vehicle, which serves as a protocol car for the VIP series, is specifically driven by the Presidential Security Force (Paspampres). Before the World Water Forum 2024 started, Wuling had provided theoretical and practical training regarding the Cloud EV to the assigned Paspampres so that during the event, they could operate it skillfully.
Apart from that, a total of 100 Air ev and BinguoEV units were parked at the Wuling Jimbaran Pool. Not only Cloud EV drivers, all Wuling electric vehicle drivers also received training from Wuling experts so that participants could be calm and comfortable during the trip. Specifically, the Wuling Jimbaran Pool is supported by various facilities consisting of charging stations, service bays, application-based and real-time pool management, experienced technicians, and Wuling Mobile Service. The Wuling Aftersales Team was also assigned to monitor and ensure that the Wuling EV units participating in the World Water Forum 2024 were in the best condition.
