Wuling Holds Aftersales Skill Contest 2025 ‘Worry Free: Fix It First Time’
12 Winners Announced Across Four Categories: Service Advisor, Customer Care Officer, EV Technician, and ICE Technician
Cikarang, November 9, 2025 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing aftersales service quality by holding the Aftersales Skill Contest 2025 on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The annual competition took place at Wuling’s manufacturing plant in Cikarang, West Java, followed by an award ceremony at Harper Hall Cikarang. Carrying the theme ‘Worry Free: Fix It First Time’, this contest represents Wuling’s dedication to delivering peace of mind and a sense of security to customers through high-quality, efficient, and caring aftersales services.
“Aftersales plays a strategic role in building customer trust toward Wuling. In line with the spirit of ‘Worry Free: Fix It First Time’, we aim to emphasize Wuling’s long-term direction to establish reliable, efficient, and consistent aftersales services. We believe that synergy between our manufacturing and aftersales teams is the key to ensuring every customer enjoys the best experience,” said Arif Pramadana, Vice President of Wuling Motors, in his opening remarks at the Wuling Aftersales Skill Contest 2025.
Before the final round began, a symbolic commitment signing ceremony was held to strengthen the collective pledge toward enhancing customer satisfaction through worry free service. The commitment includes good products, good quality, and good service to provide consumers with a satisfying experience of Wuling’s product and service.

Wuling Aftersales Skill Contest 2025 serves as an annual competition and learning platform for aftersales personnel across Wuling’s nationwide dealer network. This year, 228 participants from various regions took part in the contest across four categories: Service Advisor, Customer Care Officer, ICE Technician, and EV Technician.
The competition began in May 2025, starting with a national pre-qualification phase using an online training system. Participants then advanced through two rounds of national selection involving theory test and technical case studies. The top 90 participants with the highest scores moved on to the second online selection round. From there, 60 participants were selected to join the Dealer Group Selection round.

At the Dealer Group Selection phase, each dealership held its own training camp to further enhance participants' technical and service capabilities. From this round, the top 30 finalists advanced to the Final Contest, held onsite at Wuling’s Cikarang Plant. In the final stage, participants were tested through realistic simulations and role-play sessions, including customer case handling for Service Advisors and Customer Care Officers, as well as hands-on technical assessments for ICE and EV Technicians. Following a comprehensive judging process, 12 national winners were announced, three from each of the four categories.

We aim to ensure that every service is not only fast, but also precise and responsible. In line with the theme ‘Worry Free: Fix It First Time’, we want our aftersales teams to deliver confidence and peace of mind in every customer interaction,” explained Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors, during the awarding night of the Wuling Aftersales Skill Contest 2025.

Since its inaugural launch in 2018, the Aftersales Skill Contest has been an integral part of Wuling’s journey in Indonesia. Initially held alongside the Sales Contest in 2018 and 2019, the event was temporarily paused during 2020–2023 due to the pandemic. It made a strong return in 2024, receiving enthusiastic participation from dealer networks nationwide. The 2025 edition marks Wuling’s continued efforts to strengthen national training standards and service competencies, demonstrating the company’s sustained dedication to customer satisfaction through skilled and professional aftersales personnel.
In this competition, winners were evaluated based on technical proficiency, communication skills, and their application of Wuling’s worry-free service values.
