Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem Receives TOP Innovation Choice Award 2021
Wuling through WISE technology is named as one of the innovative brands in the country.
Jakarta, May 31st 2021 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) received the 'TOP Innovation Choice Award 2021' appreciation through the Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem (WISE) technology which supports the ease of driving with the intelligent digital car, Almaz RS. The award was given based on the Top Innovation Choice Index 2021 survey of various innovative brands in Indonesia conducted by TRAS N CO and INFOBRAND.ID.
“Thank you for the 'TOP Innovation Choice Award 2021' given to the Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem. We introduced this innovation last January and then applied it to the Almaz RS to meet the mobility needs of the Indonesian people in the modern era. TOP Innovation Choice Award 2021 is an award event of innovation for the success of brands in creating innovative products and services. In determining the winners in this event, TRAS N CO Indonesia in collaboration with INFOBRAND.ID conducted a Top Innovation Choice Index 2021 survey of more than 300 companies in Indonesia which was done from January to March 2021. The survey was conducted based on three aspects, namely Innovation Idea Aspect, Innovation Advantage Aspect, and Innovation Differentiation Aspect using desk research method through media monitoring, social media monitoring, Market Places Monitoring and product profile in the form of videos, news (articles) and photos.
Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem (WISE) which won the TOP Innovation Choice Award 2021 consists of the Internet of Vehicle (IoV) and the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). IoV creates a smart ecosystem that connects users with vehicles through internet connection on smartphone via MyWuling+ and head unit that is supported by Bahasa Indonesia voice command, the Wuling Indonesian Command (WIND). The features that can be set by smartphone consist of Vehicle Positioning, Vehicle Remote Control, Geo-Fencing Security and Bluetooth Key. Meanwhile, the internet connection on the head unit is available for Online Navigation, Online Music, and Internet Messaging App.

Regarding ADAS, this feature can provide convenience and comfort while driving with Almaz RS. ADAS is divided into four categories with twelve features, namely Adaptive Cruise which consists of Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Bend Cruise Assistance (BCA), Traffic Jam Assistance (TJA), and Intelligent Cruise Assistance (ICA). The next category is Lane Recognition which is supported by Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Lane Keeping Assistance (LKA). Then, the third category, namely Safe Distance & Braking Assistance is equipped with Safe Distance Warning (SDW), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Intelligent Hydraulic Braking Assistance (IHBA), Collision Mitigation System (CMS). Meanwhile, the last category, Automatic Light, is accommodated through Intelligent Head Beam Assistance (IHMA).
"We present WISE for Almaz RS as an answer to the needs of society in the era of modern mobility in order to provide convenience in driving and improve safety and comfort aspects. WISE also allows users to explore deeper and personalize with IoV, also support safe and responsible driving habits through the presence of ADAS," added Brian Gomgom.
