Wuling Introduces New Air ev and New Cloud EV to the People of Surabaya at Pakuwon Mall

Surabaya, March 12, 2025 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) introduces its latest electric vehicle innovations, the New Air ev and New Cloud EV, to the city of heroes. This launch, presented in a Mall Exhibition concept, is held at the Fashion Atrium of Pakuwon Mall from March 12 to March 16, 2025. The presence of these two electric vehicles serves as a testament to Wuling’s commitment to supporting the transformation of electric mobility in Indonesia, in line with its spirit, ‘Dibangun Di Indonesia Untuk Anda.’

Since its launch in 2022, the Air ev, Wuling’s first electric vehicle, has gained significant consumer attention, becoming the most popular EV, with 86% of users relying on it for daily mobility. Despite its compact size, the Air ev’s cabin offers optimal comfort for both solo and group travel. Recognizing its role in daily life, Wuling has introduced its latest update.
The New Air ev is designed with a compact body, providing an effortless driving experience (easy to use), making it easy to maneuver through city streets and find parking. It also supports practical home charging (easy home charging) and offers affordable ownership costs (easy to own). The latest model features enhancements such as an aerodynamically designed wheel cap, an interior with Tamarind Sunset accents inspired by tamarind, and a new Starry Black exterior color option. Additionally, Wuling offers two variants, Pro and Lite, allowing consumers to choose based on their needs.

Wuling’s medium hatchback EV, the Cloud EV, has also received a warm reception since its launch in May 2024, with 85% of its users being families. These users appreciate the vehicle’s reliability for multi-stop and multi-purpose mobility. Consequently, Wuling is introducing the New Cloud EV.
The New Cloud EV is designed to deliver maximum comfort under the concept of ‘Driving The Future of Comfort.’ One of its key features is Sofa Mode, which allows for flexible seat adjustments, along with a spacious cabin that utilizes 84.7% of the total vehicle dimensions, creating a home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, this car is equipped with Smartphone Interconnection Function technology to enhance driving convenience. Consumers can now choose from two new exterior colors—Tungsten Steel Grey and Aurora Silver—as well as the Lite variant, which offers a more competitive option without compromising comfort and functionality.
