Wuling Introduces the New Cloud EV SE as a New Variant of Its Medium Hatchback EV
Available in two variants, Lite and Pro, and equipped with a driving range of up to 360 kilometers.
Tangerang, August 3, 2026 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) has introduced the New Cloud EV SE at GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026, which runs through August 9 at ICE BSD City, Tangerang. As the latest addition to Wuling's medium hatchback EV lineup, the New Cloud EV SE expands the New Cloud EV family, which carries the tagline ‘Driving The Future of Comfort’. Available in two variants, the New Cloud EV SE Lite and the New Cloud EV SE Pro, the model offers consumers a wider range of electric vehicle options to suit their diverse mobility needs.

As a new variant, the New Cloud EV SE is equipped with a 38 kWh battery that delivers a driving range of up to 360 km (CLTC). In addition, both variants now feature black headliner, creating a more modern cabin ambiance. These updates ensure that the New Cloud EV SE remains an ideal electric vehicle for everyday mobility.
New Cloud EV SE continues to embody the key strengths of the New Cloud EV by delivering a home-like driving experience through its (home life space) concept, while being equipped with a technology (high standard of technology) that enhances convenience in everyday use. To support this driving experience, the vehicle is powered by a 100 kW electric motor paired with a McPherson strut front suspension and a torsion beam rear suspension, providing responsive performance along with a comfortable ride across various driving conditions.
As the entry-level variant in the New Cloud EV SE lineup, the Lite variant comes equipped with a comprehensive range of features designed to enhance driving comfort and convenience. These include LED headlamps, a 10.1-inch Intelligent Control Panel, an 8.8-inch TFT Meter Cluster, 15W wireless smartphone charging, automatic air conditioning, a PM2.5 air filter, keyless entry and start, cruise control, a rear parking camera, as well as Smartphone Interconnection. In terms of safety, the New Cloud EV SE Lite is equipped with Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), Auto Vehicle Hold (AVH), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and Dual SRS Airbags.

Meanwhile, New Cloud EV SE Pro includes all the features offered in the Lite variant, along with additional enhancements that further elevate driving comfort and convenience. These include LED headlamps with cornering lamps, Italian Style Bubble Seats, ambient lighting, a 15.6-inch Intelligent Control Panel, a 6-way power-adjustable driver's seat, a 4-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, rear seats with an armrest and cup holders, a Smart Electric Tailgate, and a 360° Around View Camera. On the safety front, the New Cloud EV SE Pro also adds side airbags, bringing the total number of airbags to four. For the exterior, both New Cloud EV SE variants are available in five color options Candy White, Starry Black, Milk Tea, Aurora Silver, and Tungsten Grey.
