Wuling Launches New Air ev and New Cloud EV at Indonesia International Motor Show 2025

Jakarta, February 13, 2025 – At the opening of the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025, Wuling Motors (Wuling) reaffirms its commitment to “Wuling Built in Indonesia for You” by introducing two new products: the New Air ev and New Cloud EV. Moreover, Wuling proudly presents its Light of ASEAN concept car for the first time in Indonesia. This concept car represents Wuling’s global vision for the future of the renewable energy vehicle industry. Visitors can experience these groundbreaking innovations firsthand at Wuling’s booth, which spans 1,350 square meters and is located at Booth D2, Hall D, JIExpo Kemayoran.

The Light of ASEAN embodies a futuristic design with sustainability-oriented features, reinforcing Wuling’s commitment to advancing the transition towards a broader electric vehicle ecosystem while strengthening its role as a key player in the ASEAN automotive industry. This concept car features an Ultra-Low Aerodynamic Drag design, providing superior aerodynamics for enhanced energy efficiency and driving performance. Inside, the Zero Gravity Dual Mode Cabin creates a futuristic and immersive driving experience. Moreover, it is equipped with an intelligent Travel Robot, adding an extra layer of smart technology.

The New Air ev, with the tagline “Your Everyday Vehicle,” is a compact city car designed for easy maneuverability on the road, effortless parking, yet still have spacious space for riding alone and with others. This EV now comes in a new exterior color: Starry Black. Inside, it features a refreshed Tamarind Sunset-themed interior, offering a warm and modern ambiance. Additionally, the New Air ev is equipped with aerodynamic wheel caps. Every purchase of the New Air ev includes a lifetime warranty for its key electric vehicle components, along with a complimentary home charging device and installation, ensuring greater convenience for users.
Meanwhile, the New Cloud EV, carrying the tagline "Driving the Future of Comfort," is a medium hatchback EV designed for an enhanced driving experience. Its latest feature, Smartphone Interconnection, allows users to stay connected with their devices via the control panel screen. The New Cloud EV is also available in two new premium colors: Tungsten Steel Grey and Aurora Silver, further accentuating its modern and sophisticated appeal. Inside, it offers ergonomic seating and a spacious cabin, providing a home-like comfort for every journey. Moreover, this vehicle ensures energy cost efficiency, affordable maintenance, and a lifetime warranty for three key electric vehicle components.
With all these outstanding features, the New Air ev is available starting from IDR 184 million, while the New Cloud EV is marketed from IDR 365 millions, which is a special launching price in Jakarta. Both Wuling electric vehicles are offered in two variants: Pro and Lite, providing consumers with flexible choices to meet their mobility needs.
