Wuling Launches the ‘Wuling Siaga Banjir Sumatera’ Program to Support Affected Customers
After-sales service assistance dedicated to Wuling users in areas impacted by the recent flood disaster
Jakarta, December 4, 2025 – To provide support for customers whose vehicles were affected by the heavy flooding in the Sumatra region at the end of November, Wuling Motors (Wuling) has introduced its after-sales initiative, the Wuling Siaga Banjir Sumatra program. This initiative reflects Wuling’s commitment to delivering worry-free services and ensuring customer mobility remains supported during emergency conditions by offering safe and structured vehicle repair assistance at authorized Wuling dealers.
The severe flooding that occurred at the end of November 2025 was reported to have impacted several Wuling customers across Sumatra. According to information from Wuling’s after-sales network, multiple customer vehicles sustained damage and require special handling. This situation prompted Wuling to immediately activate a disaster-response program to ensure customers receive prompt and proper service.

“We understand that the recent flooding has brought significant challenges to the community, including Wuling customers. Through the Wuling Siaga Banjir Sumatra program, we aim to ensure customers receive repair solutions that are fast, convenient, and reliable. We hope this program helps customers return to driving safely, in line with Wuling’s commitment to delivering the best service to our consumers,” said Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.

The Wuling Siaga Banjir Sumatra program provides a range of special services for customers whose vehicles were affected by the flood. Wuling offers free towing from the impacted location to the nearest authorized dealer to ensure proper initial handling. In addition, customers are eligible for a parts subsidy of 30 percent or up to four million rupiah for components damaged due to flooding and not covered by insurance. Wuling and its dealer network also provide a ten-percent labor fee subsidy as additional support for customers repairing their vehicles.

All repair processes under this program can be carried out at designated authorized Wuling dealers, including Wuling Arista Medan SM Raja, Wuling Arista Medan Cemara, Wuling Arista Medan Adam Malik, Wuling Arista Pekanbaru, and Wuling Maju Padang. The program applies to vehicles damaged by flooding that is not caused by misuse. Each customer may utilize the program once during this period.
The implementation of Wuling Siaga Banjir Sumatra continues Wuling’s commitment to providing emergency response services for customers, following a similar program conducted during the Bali flood incident in September 2025. This effort reinforces Wuling’s dedication to delivering responsive, trustworthy, and relevant after-sales services, especially in urgent situations. Wuling hopes this support will help ease the burden on affected customers and maintain the comfort of their mobility.
