Wuling's Smart MPV with WIND and IoV innovations has arrived in South Sumatra
Palembang, April 13, 2022 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) continues the series of launches of its newest MPV, New Cortez, Innovating Comfort Zone, at PTC Mall, Palembang. This Wuling MPV has been equipped with modern innovations, namely the Wuling Indonesian Command (WIND) and Internet of Vehicle (IoV) which made the New Cortez embedded with the Wuling Silver Logo. There are two variants for the New Cortez, CE and EX. Wuling sells New Cortez with a special launch price starting at IDR 280,800,000. (with the Wuling PPnBM subsidy).

As a Smart MPV, the New Cortez is the second model to be equipped with IoV or Internet of Vehicle. This innovation connects users and vehicles via the internet. IoV can operate various advanced features, ranging from Vehicle Remote Control to control vehicles from distance with smartphones. New Cortez is also accommodated with the Wuling Indonesian Command (WIND). WIND allows users to turn on, turn off, or operate various vehicle features through Indonesian voice command.

Supporting innovation in New Cortez, Wuling applies a 10.25” head unit. This device is not only an entertainment device but also has various functions ranging from wireless Mirrorlink connection, USB Fast Charging, Internet Connectivity, Navigation, to vehicle settings.
Wuling has upgraded the interior of the New Cortez with a more comfortable seat and multipurpose seat tray that can be used for family or business trips. Then, New Cortez also equipped with dark marble textured panels on the dashboard and door panels, also premium black semi-leather seats.
Wuling New Cortez is powered by a 1.5L petrol engine with Turbocharged. Its ability to produce a maximum power of 140 HP and provides 250 Nm of torque. These competencies are channelled via Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT). This latest Wuling MPV is also equipped with complete safety features to provide comfort and safety while driving.

There are 4 color choices for New Cortez, namely Pristine White, Dazzling Silver, Aurora Silver, and Starry Black. This latest MPV is also supported by complete after-sales services, starting from a general vehicle warranty of 3 years or 100,000 kilometres, a warranty on main engine and transmission components for 5 years or 100,000 kilometres, free periodic service fees of up to 50,000 kilometres or 4 years.
