Wuling Officially Unveils the Exterior and Interior of the BinguoEV to the Public
BinguoEV combines iconic exterior design and modern touches in an innovative eco-friendly vehicle
Tangerang Regency, 16 November 2023 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) today officially entered the pre-launch phase of its latest electric vehicle by unveiling the exterior and interior of BinguoEV (pronounced: Bing-go EV) at Atrium Circle, Summarecon Mall Serpong, Tangerang Regency. During the exhibition, which runs until 19 November, visitors can witness in person the exterior and interior appearance of the BinguoEV and pre-book the second EV product from Wuling.

"Wuling started EV development in 2014 in China. As time goes by, Wuling has recorded significant achievements as an experienced and trusted global electric vehicle manufacturer in the world. To date, as many as 1.6 million units of Wuling electric car products have been enjoyed by consumers in various countries. In Indonesia, Wuling started its innovation in producing electric vehicles in August 2022 through the launch of Air ev as our first electric car in the country. This product successfully received a warm welcome from the public and proved to be the best-selling electric vehicle today with sales of more than 12,000 units until October 2023. This achievement proves Air ev domination in the electric vehicle segment in Indonesia," said Arif Pramadana, Vice President of Wuling Motors.

On the exterior, the BinguoEV features an iconic design, combining classic retro aesthetics with a captivating modern touch. Overall, the BinguoEV adopts a timeless design style combined with modern elements that add a futuristic feel to the electric vehicle such as the 'X' shaped LED headlights and unique alloy wheels. The BinguoEV features a dual-tone body color that combines Starry Black on top with three options of Milk Tea, Mousse Green, and Galaxy Blue.
Moving to the interior, the BinguoEV offers a spacious cabin with perforated synthetic leather seats that provide extra comfort for both passengers and driver. In addition, the BinguoEV also comes with 15 compartments and a spacious boot that can be utilized to store luggage.
In addition, various other driving comfort features are also present in the BinguoEV. The driver could adjust the seating position more easily with the Electric Seat Adjustment feature. On the dashboard, the Multifunction Steering Wheel is equipped with audio buttons and menu settings. The Rotary Gear Selector also returns to the BinguoEV to operate the transmission with a futuristic rotary knob. The center console is also equipped with Electric Parking Brake and Auto-Vehicle Holding buttons. The journey is even more enjoyable thanks to the entertainment system integrated into the 10.25" head unit.
For additional information, BinguoEV was launched in China in March 2023 with the name BingoEV. After six months, this EV model recorded sales of more than 120,000 units and brought this model as one of the successful products launched by Wuling in the electric vehicle segment.
