Wuling Partners with PT Haleyora Power for 7 Days Home Charging Device Service
Ensuring the installation of the home charging device within seven days for convenient home charging
Jakarta, February 14, 2025 – To meet consumer needs and strengthen Indonesia’s electric vehicle ecosystem, Wuling Motors (Wuling) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Haleyora Power at the Wuling booth during the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025. This collaboration marks a strategic step in realizing the 7 Days Installation Home Charging Device service, ensuring that the installation of AC home charging devices at customer locations can be completed within seven days.
"We recognize that convenient at-home charging is a crucial factor in providing a worry-free driving experience for Wuling electric vehicle users. To address this need, Wuling has introduced the 7 Days Installation Home Charging Device service. To bring this service to life, Wuling is collaborating with PLN and PT Haleyora Power to ensure a fast and seamless installation process," said Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.

The success of the 7 Days Installation Home Charging Device service is largely attributed to the role of PT Haleyora Power as the key partner in the installation process. Through this collaboration, Wuling customers can enjoy the convenience of at-home charging without long waiting times.
"PT Haleyora Power fully supports Wuling’s initiative in launching the 7 Days Installation Home Charging service. With this MoU, we will ensure that the electrical infrastructure supporting the electric vehicle ecosystem is implemented safely, efficiently, and according to the needs of EV customers. This collaboration is a concrete synergy aimed at accelerating vehicle electrification in Indonesia and jointly building the EV ecosystem," said Susiana Mutia, Acting President Director of PT Haleyora Power.

Under the agreed collaboration, Wuling is responsible for providing customers with information regarding the installation process, required power capacity, and coordination with electricity providers to optimize the charging infrastructure. Meanwhile, PLN will oversee electricity supply and capacity upgrades if necessary. PT Haleyora Power will conduct site surveys, install the home charging devices, and provide maintenance and repairs within the designated period. If the installation is not completed within seven days, PT Haleyora Power will compensate customers with electricity tokens.
The MoU signing ceremony was conducted by Wang Weisen, Vice President of Wuling Motors, and Susiana Mutia, Acting President Director of PT Haleyora Power. Representatives from PLN Headquarters and PLN Nusa Daya also witnessed the signing, reinforcing the shared commitment to accelerating the development of Indonesia’s electric vehicle ecosystem through this strategic partnership.
In addition to the MoU signing, Wuling also symbolically handed over two units of the Air ev to PT Haleyora Power. These electric vehicles will be used by PT Haleyora Power as part of their operational fleet to support the 7 Days Installation Home Charging Device service. The Air ev units feature a special livery that represents the collaboration between Wuling and PT Haleyora Power, starting with a blue color that reflects PT Haleyora Power's identity as the main electricity service provider in Indonesia. Additionally, the livery includes the logos of Wuling and PT Haleyora Power, along with the phrase "7 Days Installation Home Charging Device," symbolizing their shared commitment to providing fast and practical home charging installation solutions.
On this occasion, PT Haleyora Power also presented a placard to Wuling as a symbol of appreciation for the strategic collaboration. The placard serves as a marker of the long-term commitment between Wuling and PT Haleyora Power to support the development of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia.
