Following the launch event at the Main Atrium, Senayan City, Wuling held a media briefing session to provide detailed information about the after-sales service of Cloud EV. A series of programs are offered to provide comfort in confidence for owners of Wuling's latest electric vehicle. Cloud EV after-sales services consist of Lifetime Core EV Components Warranty, 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance, home charging installation service, exclusive DC charger, and 150 authorized Wuling dealers across Indonesia supported by experienced technicians and standardized equipment.

One of the benefits of owning Cloud EV is that this electric vehicle is supported by a Lifetime Core EV Components Warranty. The warranty covers the core components of the electric vehicle, including the power battery, drive motor (including integrated motor assembly), and motor control unit. This program applies to individual users of Cloud EVs in new conditions (not operational vehicles or second-hand vehicles) that have a maximum mileage of 30,000 kilometers per year. The electric vehicle has always carried out periodic maintenance at Wuling's authorized workshop network and used original spare parts from Wuling.

Furthermore, Cloud EV's cost of ownership is affordable at IDR 5.3 million up to 105,000 kilometers. This is the essence of after-sales service that is designed according to the needs to further maximize Cloud EV customers’ satisfaction. The amount charged covers services as well as the replacement of spare parts such as oil reducer, AC filter, coolant, and brake fluid.
Moreover, Wuling also provides more comfort and convenience through home charging installation services to support an easier and more efficient Cloud EV charging process at home. Users of this electric vehicle are eligible for a free 7 kW AC home charger as well as free new installation and additional power.
Apart from charging at home, Wuling Cloud EV consumers can also do fast charging at several locations dedicated to Wuling electric vehicle users. There are 7 DC Charger locations available including Wuling Center Pondok Indah, SCBD Park Lot 7, Collins Marketing Gallery, Bekasi Cyber Park Mall, Burz@ Tower, Rest Area 207A, and Rest Area 379A. The DC Charger points will continue to grow in the future and are free until the end of June 2024.
