Wuling Service Priority Program Presented for Almaz RS Customers

Jakarta, October 22nd 2021 – In order to provide optimal after-sales service for Almaz RS ‘Drive Unlimited Way’ owners, Wuling Motors (Wuling) launched the Wuling Service Priority program today. Through this program, Almaz RS customers can get a variety of free after-sales services for a year, ranging from 24-hour emergency service, home service, service repair at the workshop, pick up & drop off services, and warranty period extension.
“In addition to presenting the Almaz RS as a Wuling smart car, we are also committed to providing more after-sales service for the Wuling SUV flagship. Therefore, we present Wuling Service Priority to provide the best service to Wuling loyal customers, especially Almaz RS owners. With this program, consumers can get faster, peace of mind, and good quality after-sales service for their Almaz RS so they can continue to move towards a better life in line with the spirit of ‘Drive For A Better Life’,” explained Taufik S. Wuling Service Priority program offered free 24-hour emergency service consisting of towing service to the nearest Wuling dealer without distance limitations and ERA (Emergency Roadside Assistance) service for problems related to battery, fuel delivery, key lock, and tire change. There is also a free pick up and drop off service from/to dealer for Almaz RS consumers throughout the Greater Jakarta area with no limit of use in one year.
Then, Wuling also provides home service that make it easier for customers to have periodic maintenance at home. Wuling technicians will visit the customer’s house without any charge and guarantee 2 hours maximum service time for periodic maintenance (excluding periodic maintenance at 40,000km & 80,000km). In addition, in this program Wuling also provides warranty period extension for CVT Assembly up to 5 years or 100,000 km, whichever reached first.
Regarding the service repair at official workshops, VIP service stall area, priority waiting room, and queue priority in selected dealer are also available, also recommended to book first. Wuling also has 1 day repair commitment or free, if spare parts are available, excluding body, engine, and transmission repairs. For customers who do periodic maintenance at the dealers, Wuling guarantee 2 hours maximum service time for periodic maintenance (excluding periodic maintenance at 40,000km & 80,000km). Furthermore, customers will also get three service vouchers worth IDR 100,000 each.
“This Wuling Service Priority Program applies to all Almaz RS customers, both new and existing customers who already have Almaz RS. We hope that Wuling Service Priority program will make it easier for customers to have Almaz RS’ maintenance so that their comfort and satisfaction are always maintained,” added Taufik S. Arief.
For new customers, Wuling Service Priority starts since vehicle delivery. To activate and enjoy the Wuling Service Priority service, both new customers and existing customers who already have Almaz RS can register by filling out the form at tiny.cc/wulingservisprioritas to have Wuling Service Priority. This program is free of charge for the first year and can be extended with a fee of IDR 5,000,000 to obtain this after-sales service in the following year.
In addition, Wuling Service Priority program is currently available in several regions in Indonesia, such as Greater Jakarta area, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Pontianak.

Wuling Motors was officially established in Indonesia in July 2017.
