Wuling, Through BenihBaik.com, Provides Basic Food Packages for Flood-Affected Residents in Bali
A total of 200 grocery packages were distributed to Kampung Jawa and Sanur as a form of social care
September 22, 2025 – Wuling Motors (Wuling), in collaboration with Yayasan Benih Baik Indonesia (BenihBaik.com), distributed aid for communities affected by flooding in Bali. Through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, Wuling delivered 200 grocery packages to residents in two flood-affected areas, Kampung Jawa and Sanur. This social initiative aligns with Wuling’s commitment to always be present for the Indonesian people, not only through products and services, but also through social actions that bring tangible benefits.
“Through this CSR activity, Wuling is here to support residents affected by the floods in Bali. In line with the spirit of Drive For A Better Life, Wuling together with BenihBaik.com distributed basic food packages. We hope this support can help fulfill the daily basic needs of the communities in Kampung Jawa and Sanur,” explained Brian Gomgom, Senior Manager of Brand Communication at Wuling Motors.

The flood disaster that struck parts of Denpasar on September 10 was caused by the overflow of the Tukad Badung River, reaching a height of 12 meters. It submerged dozens of houses in Kampung Jawa. Many homes were swept away, and valuable belongings were lost in the floodwaters until dawn. A similar situation occurred in Sanur, where residents faced housing damage and limited access to essential goods due to widespread inundation.
The aid provided by Wuling and BenihBaik.com consisted of daily necessities, including rice, cooking oil, sugar, tea, sardines, and instant noodles. All assistance was packaged specially to ensure easy distribution on the ground. With this support, affected residents are expected to meet their basic food needs despite the limitations following the flood.

The preparation and packaging of the aid took place from September 18 to 21, 2025, and was then distributed today, September 22, 2025, at five points: Mushola Nurul Huda in Sanur, RT 01 – Kampung Jawa, RT 03 – Kampung Jawa, RT 05 – Kampung Jawa, and RT 07 – Kampung Jawa. Wuling’s team was also present on-site to hand over the aid together with BenihBaik.com as a form of the company’s social concern for the flood disaster in these areas.
