Wuling’s Official Communities Warmly Welcome the New Air ev and New Cloud EV at IIMS 2025
Wuling invites WLCI, CI, WALI, and Alvez.id to experience firsthand the refresh of these two electric vehicle models
Jakarta, February 22, 2025 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) invited four of its official communities to witness its two latest electric vehicles at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025, held at JIEXPO Kemayoran. This time, members of Wuling Club Indonesia (WLCI), Cortezian Indonesia (CI), Wuling Almaz Indonesia (WALI), and Alvez.id were invited to visit Wuling’s booth in Hall D, booth D2, to experience the New Air ev and New Cloud EV firsthand.
Wuling New Air ev, ‘Your Everyday Vehicle,’ is an urban electric car designed for easy maneuverability and parking while still offering a spacious cabin for both drivers and passengers. Additionally, the convenience of the New Air ev extends to its charging process, as every purchase includes a 7kW AC home charger with free installation at home. The New Air ev is also known for its affordable energy and maintenance costs, making it an easy choice for ownership.
Now, the Air ev comes in a new exterior color, Starry Black, which gives it a bolder and more distinctive look. Its interior has also been refreshed with Tamarind Sunset accents, creating a warm and modern atmosphere. Furthermore, this compact electric vehicle is equipped with an Aerodynamic 3-Spoke Wheel Cap, enhancing its futuristic appeal.

"This black New Air ev makes the design look so bold and different! I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep tonight because I keep thinking about ordering one at IIMS 2025," said Dedi Hery, Head of Business Division of Cortezian Indonesia, during his visit to the Wuling booth.
The New Air ev is available in three variants, with special launch prices for the Jakarta area: New Air ev Lite 200 KM, starting at IDR 184 million; New Air ev Lite 300 KM, available from IDR 193 million; and New Air ev Pro, priced from IDR 250.5 million.
Reza Husayny, President of WLCI, also shared his impressions of the New Air ev’s refreshed interior. "This new interior makes the Air ev feel more premium. The color combination is actually inspired by tamarind! The moment I stepped inside, it immediately felt comfortable and luxurious."

Moving on to Wuling’s second latest innovation, the New Cloud EV, ‘Driving The Future of Comfort.’ This medium hatchback EV from Wuling provides a driving experience that feels as comfortable as being at home, thanks to its Sofa Mode, supported by a spacious cabin. In addition to comfort, the New Cloud EV is also equipped with advanced technology, including the Smartphone Interconnection Function, a new feature that allows drivers to connect their smartphones to the control panel display.
The New Cloud EV now comes in two new color options, Tungsten Steel Grey and Aurora Silver, enhancing its elegant and futuristic appeal. Wuling has also introduced a Lite variant, offering a more affordable electric vehicle option. For the Jakarta market, this variant is available at special launch prices starting at IDR 365 million for the Lite variant and IDR 404 million for the Pro variant.
Dinar Ariefianto, as Representative of the Social and Community Activities Division of WALI, shared their thoughts on the New Cloud EV’s new colors. "We usually see this color on the Alvez and Almaz. It turns out that Tungsten Steel Gray also makes the New Cloud EV look even more premium. Having this color on an EV really sets it apart."

This feature makes long trips much more enjoyable, letting you recline fully and enjoy the peaceful cabin atmosphere. It really feels like a sofa at home," added I Nyoman Widya Dharma Nugraha, Representative of the Creative Division of Alvez ID.
