Customer Satisfaction Supervisor
- As window person in between of Call Center Vendor & PT SGMW. Manage and solve complaint from customer.
- At least 3 years working experience in field of automotive or customer handling management.
- Good knowledge in customer support with people management, experience in analyzing customer voice and delivering insights.
- Be familiar with related laws, regulations and operating mode in Indonesia .
- Good skill in Microsoft tools,eg.Excel, powerpoint.
