- Have experience work more than 5 year for senior high school and 2 year for Diploma degree, Bachelor can lead 5 or more small workgroup ,ISO 9000,14001,18001,TPM skill knowledge, know about stamping process, surface defect and Other machining support, Can teach team using measurement tool, Have experience in SPC and failure analysis.
- Have ability to write and draw tech drawing as information and make a system, Have leadership skill, Ergonomic skill,SPC knowledge,PFMEA and core tool, How to motivate people, dies,Jig and stamping proces experience skill
