Wuling ABC Stories is Proud to Take Part in the Success of the 10th World Water Forum in 2024
Air ev, BinguoEV, Cloud EV have successfully completed the duty of providing green mobility support
Bali, May 25 2024 – The 10th World Water Forum 2024 event held from May 18 to 25 on the Island of the Gods was officially completed and became a proud achievement for Wuling Motors (Wuling). Wuling's contribution in this international event proved its commitment to provide environmentally friendly mobility for delegates from 132 countries as the Official Car Partner. Wuling provided 150 units consisting of Air ev, BinguoEV, and Cloud EV in the event themed 'Water For Shared Prosperity' as a mode of transportation for participating country delegates, international organizations, and committees as well as VIP series protocols during the event.

Wuling's participation through ABC Stories as the Official Car Partner of World Water Forum 2024 was marked by the mobilization of 16 units of Air ev, 84 units of BinguoEV, and 50 units of Cloud EV from Wuling's factory located in Cikarang, West Java in early May. Arriving in Tanjung Benoa, Wuling mobilized its three lines of electric vehicles to the next location: ITDC Central Parking Nusa Dua for Cloud EV and Wuling Pool Jimbaran for Air ev and BinguoEV.
In this international event, 16 units of Air ev Long Range variant and 84 units of BinguoEV Premium Range variant were used to support the 10th World Water Forum 2024 on the Island of the Gods as a mode of transportation for delegates, international organizations, and committees. Air ev as a compact electric vehicle is supported with a range of up to 300 kilometers and its ease of maneuvering and is combined with smart features such as the Wuling Remote Control App and Indonesian voice commands (WIND). Meanwhile, BinguoEV, equipped with a spacious cabin and trunk space equipped with 15 compartments for storage of goods also supports comfortable and functional mobility during the event. The premium driving experience with BinguoEV can also be supported with complete driving safety features and four driving mode options ECO+, ECO, Sport, and Normal.

In addition, 50 units of Wuling's latest electric vehicle, Cloud EV, were assigned as VIP protocol cars for the escort of senior officials and ministers of countries participating in the 10th World Water Forum 2024. This EV medium hatchback is believed to provide a safe and comfortable driving experience thanks to advanced innovations, such as the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) system, WIND, and the support of complete passive and active safety features.
To support the readiness and charging of the units, Wuling prepared parking, maintenance, and charging station facilities at Wuling Jimbaran Pool during the World Water Forum 2024. As many as 50 Cloud EV units were charged and parked in the ITDC Central Parking Nusa Dua area before carrying out their duties as protocol cars for the VIP series specifically driven by the Presidential Security Forces (Paspampres). Before this international event, training in theory and practical Cloud EV driving was provided to the assigned Paspampres so that they could skillfully operate during this forum event.
On the other hand, Wuling Jimbaran Pool area is also prepared as a parking facility, readiness check, and charging 100 units of Air ev and BinguoEV. As a maintenance service center, Wuling Jimbaran Pool has been supported by various facilities consisting of charging, service bays, application-based and real-time pool management, experienced technicians, and Wuling Mobile Service (WMS). Wuling guarantees that its electric vehicles are in optimal condition through the Wuling Aftersales Team which is on standby to conduct a comprehensive routine inspection of Air ev, BinguoEV, and Cloud EV units.
