Wuling BinguoEV is Now Eligible for VAT incentive Due to 47.5% TKDN Verification
It is easier for consumers to own a BinguoEV with VAT incentives and BinguoEV Long Range AC is now available
Jakarta, 13 January 2024 - After being officially launched in mid-December 2023, Wuling Motors (Wuling) today informed the public about the TKDN (Domestic Component Level) verification results for BinguoEV. The second EV product line produced at Wuling's manufacturing facility in Cikarang, West Java underwent a verification process conducted by the verification implementing agency, PT Surveyor Indonesia and obtained a result of 47.5% for the TKDN value.

In line with the commitment to participate in the acceleration of vehicle electrification in Indonesia, BinguoEV is also produced locally at the Wuling factory in Cikarang, West Java. This electric vehicle with the tagline 'Drive Electric, Be The Icon' is also the work of the Indonesian workforce, just like Wuling's other product lines. Applying the Global Manufacturing System (GMS), Wuling ensures that its factory is able to achieve production process efficiency and produce high-quality products. Supported by facilities equipped with various modern technologies, Wuling's factory in Indonesia has the competence to produce not only cars with internal combustion engines, but also electric cars.
In addition to the convenience in the form of VAT incentives, Wuling also provides more peace of mind in BinguoEV ownership through Lifetime Core EV Component Warranty which includes power battery, drive motor, and motor control unit to consumers, whether they choose the Long Range or Premium Range type. The first of its kind in Indonesia, this program applies to private owners of BinguoEVs in new condition (not operational vehicles or second-hand vehicles) and with a maximum mileage of 30,000 kilometers per year. The electric vehicle used always performs periodic maintenance at Wuling's authorized service center network and uses original spare parts from Wuling. Then, BinguoEV also has an affordable ownership cost of IDR 3.8 million up to 105,000 km and a general warranty of up to 3 years or 100,000 kilometers.

Furthermore, Wuling has 150 authorized dealer networks across Indonesia, and has now expanded to eastern Indonesia. The entire dealership network is supported by experienced electric vehicle mechanics and standardized equipment, ensuring that every BinguoEV owner can rely on expert support in handling and maintaining their electric vehicle.
Wuling also announced the presence of the BinguoEV Long Range AC. This additional variant of Wuling's latest electric car is supported by a battery capacity with a range of 333 km and AC configuration charging which is very suitable to be a daily mobility partner in the city.
