Wuling Held 2024 Aftersales Skill Contest with the Theme ‘Drive Your Skills, Be The Champion’
A National Aftersales Competition Involving Service Advisors, Customer Care Officers, ICE Technicians, and EV Technicians
Tangerang, November 24, 2024 – Wuling held the final round of Aftersales Skill Contest 2024 on Saturday (23/11). The competition was divided into three parts: Service Advisor competition, Customer Care Officer (CCO) competition, and competition for technicians. With the theme 'Drive Your Skills, Be The Champion', the final series of the contest was held at Wuling Mimosa BSD Dealer, Tangerang, involving 36 finalists from various regions in Indonesia and continued with an awarding night event at Nusantara Hall ICE BSD Tangerang.
“Aftersales Skill Contest is a strategic initiative by Wuling to improve Wuling's competitive aftersales services and to improve customer service to a greater extent. In addition to being a means of evaluation, this competition is also an opportunity for the aftersales team at Wuling dealers to show their best abilities, both in the field of skills, standardization and service for customer satisfaction,” explained Maulana Hakim as Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.

The competition’s selection process began with the National Pre-Qualification Stage, held from September 23-27, 2024, involving 231 participants across Indonesia. This was followed by the Online Knowledge Test from October 2-4, 2024, that consisted of written tests. Seventy-two participants with the highest scores advanced to the next stage. The competition then progressed to the Offline Skill Test, held from October 14-25, 2024, where participants underwent role-playing assessments in their respective categories, narrowing to 36 finalists for the National Contest stage.
The National Contest was conducted at Wuling Mimosa BSD on November 23, 2024, where the finalists participated in direct evaluations specific to their roles. Service Advisors tackled daily scenarios and problem-handling tasks, Customer Care Officers were assessed on daily scenarios, problem-solving, and interview sessions, while technicians were challenged to troubleshoot Wuling ICE and EV vehicles.
