At the media briefing session held after the launch event at The Duck King, Kota Kasablanka, Wuling gave a presentation on Wuling BinguoEV's complete after-sales service to provide convenience and peace of mind in its ownership. These services include a Lifetime Core EV Components Warranty, 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance, and 150 authorized Wuling dealer networks in Indonesia supported by experienced electric vehicle technicians and standardized equipment.

One of the special services offered to BinguoEV customers is the Lifetime Core EV Components Warranty. This is a special benefit for customers who order BinguoEV until December 31, 2023. This warranty covers the core components of the electric vehicle, including the power battery, drive motor (including the integrated motor assembly), and motor controller unit. This Lifetime Core EV Components Warranty is the first time an electric vehicle manufacturer in Indonesia has provided this warranty to its customers.
Meanwhile, BinguoEV has an affordable cost of ownership of around IDR 3.8 million up to 105,000 km. This is certainly one of the benefits that BinguoEV customers can enjoy. The cost includes service and replacement of spare parts such as oil reducer, AC filter, and brake fluid. Not only that, to further support BinguoEV's after-sales service, Wuling also provides a general vehicle warranty of up to 3 years or 100,000 kilometers.
