Wuling Presents Home Service, Home Test Drive & Online Booking Programs for Customers
Make it easier for customers to stay at home and get sales & aftersales services
Cikarang, 2 April 2020 – In line with the recommendation to implement physical distancing and stay at home as the form to prevent the spread of Corona in the Homeland, Wuling Motors (Wuling) conducts Home Service, Home Test Drive, and Online Booking programs. The Home Service facilitates customers to do regular maintenance and services for their vehicles at home. Moreover, customers who are keen to feel the sensation driving with Wuling’s products could also do it easily at home through the Home Test Drive program. Then, for ordering a vehicle can be done via Online Booking. All of these programs are supported by 8 dealer groups of Wuling in Indonesia.
“The Home Service program we made is the tangible form of our commitment to always provide the best aftersales services for Wuling’s customers, in line with the spirit of ‘Drive For A Better Life’. We hope that this program could bring Wuling closer to its customers as well as allowing them to get needed services facility without going out from home,” said Taufik S. To get the Home Service facility, customers are required to book through MyWuling+ app or contact the nearest dealer three days prior the scheduled date. Next, the dealer will make contact and confirmation with the customers. Afterwards, Wuling Mobile Service will come to customer’s place to perform the needed service on the agreed schedule. In addition to free visiting fee, Wuling also provides additional services for customers in this program, which are AC filters and car interior cleaning. Additional notes, services included in the Home Service cover repair for small to medium vehicle and periodical vehicle maintenance.
Looking at the Home Test Drive program, Michael Budiharja, as Deputy Sales Director of Wuling Motors stated, “With this program, customers can get driving experience with Wuling’s products while keep staying at home. We also ensure that all of our product used for test drive has been thoroughly cleaned so the customers would feel safe and comfortable as they are doing test drive at home.”
Customers could access MyWuling+ to register to the Home Test Drive program. Next, the dealer will make contact to the customer. On the agreed schedule, Wuling’s sales officer will visit customer’s home and do test drive.
Morever, Wuling also has Online Booking program, which enables customers to have Wuling’s product. In addition to the ease of transaction, customers who give booking fee worth of Rp1.000.000, is entitled to get a cashback worth of Rp5.000.000. Online Booking could be accessed in three ways, which are My Wuling+, Wuling.id and Blibli.com with terms and condition applied.
As additional information, Home Service will serve customers until April 30, 2020. Whereas the Home Test Drive and Online Booking program will run until May 31, 2020.
