Wuling’s Second Electric Car, BinguoEV Starts being Marketed to Bali Island Consumers

Consumers can get lifetime core ev components warranty, free charging pile, and accessories as benefit

Denpasar, 26 January 2024 – Wuling Motors (Wuling) continues the launch of BinguoEV (pronounced: Bing-go EV) in several cities in Indonesia and is now held in Bali. In collaboration with Wuling Kumala group and Wuling Maju Motor group as dealer partners in Bali Island, Wuling starts to market BinguoEV in 3 variants with prices ranging from IDR357.000.000 to IDR417.000.000 (OTR Bali) but due to VAT incentives (estimated) consumers can have it at a price of IDR325 millions to IDR380 millions. Aside from seeing the latest electric car from Wuling at the Atrium Mall Bali Galeria, consumers can also try driving BinguoEV and other Wuling flagship products until January 28, 2024.

We also convey that BinguoEV is produced in Indonesia and has been verified regarding TKDN of 47.5% so that consumers can already enjoy VAT incentives," explained Edison, Regional Sales Manager of Wuling Motors.

Wuling BinguoEV applies an IP67 standard battery with a frame structure made of High Strength Steel, this electric vehicle ensures a high level of safety. Other safety support facilities consisting of Auto Vehicle Holding, Electronic Stability Control, ABS & EBD, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, ISOFIX, and 2 SRS Airbags also support a safe and comfortable journey.

Speaking of performance and battery capacity, the Wuling BinguoEV is equipped with a 50 kWh electric motor. The power is generated through a Single Reduction Gear transmission. As for the battery capacity, BinguoEV carries a Lithium Ferro-Phosphate (LFP) battery with a capacity of 31.9 kWh for the Long Range type with the ability to travel up to 333 kilometers and 37.9 kWh for the Premium Range type that can reach a distance of up to 410 kilometers in a fully charged battery condition.

Wuling BinguoEV features a compact design that optimizes space and comfort. This EV hatchback carries a harmonious and modern blend. For the exterior, it carries a timeless design. Starting from the X-Shaped LED Headlamp and Diamond Shaped Grille. Then there is also the Impressive Two-Tone Body Color that makes the look elegant and unique. At the rear, the BinguoEV is equipped with X-Shaped LED Tail Lights and Streamline Ducktail that give it a modern and futuristic touch.

Moving on to the inside, the electric car features a classy feel and extra comfort for the driver and passengers. The Floating Island Center Console adds a modern and futuristic aura, creating the impression of a more spacious and functional space. Not only that, the presence of trims and ceramic glaze texture on some parts makes the atmosphere elegant and pleasant. The BinguoEV's cabin is spacious and has easily accessible storage space. The driver and passengers can organize their belongings in 15 compartments. Not to forget, the Deep Sunk Style Trunk Space allows users to store more items in the trunk. The overall trunk space of the BinguoEV with the second-row bench folded reaches 790 liters.

The premium driving experience is also felt when driving with BinguoEV thanks to an array of functional support features including Smart Entry & Smart Start, Multifunction Steering Wheel wrapped in Synthetic Leather, 10.25-inch TFT Dual Screen, 6-way Electric Adjustable Driver Seat, Cruise Control, Rear Parking Sensor and Camera, Electric Parking Brake, 4 Speakers, and Distinctive Rotary Gear Selector. There are also 4 driving modes to choose from, namely ECO, ECO+, Sport, and Normal.

BinguoEV is available in three color options, consisting of Milk Tea and Mousse Green which are combined with brown and white interiors, and Galaxy Blue which has a black and white cabin feel. The variants consist of Long Range AC, Long Range AC DC and Premium Range AC DC.
