Cortez CT comes with the aspects of Confident, Comfort, and Complete. To add confidence in driving, Wuling provided this Medium MPV with a 1,500cc inline 4-cylinder engine that was powered by Turbocharger by Honeywell. Cortez CT has a maximum power of 140 HP and 250 Nm of torque delivered to the front wheels. Just as in Wuling Almaz, the working system of the turbo engine at Cortez CT is utilizing the energy from the engine combustion which is then used to rotate the turbine. After turning, the turbine will then rotate the compressor side of the turbo.

CVT Transmission

Not only the turbo engine, The New Advanced MPV is marketed in two transmission options, namely the 6-speed manual on type C or Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) for types C and L. CVT is an automatic transmission that is able to change the ratio continuously throughout its range of ratios. A CVT has an unlimited ratio.
