‘Tenang Bersama Wuling’ Offered Through Homecoming Checkpoints, Standby Workshops, and Special TVC During Eid Season
A total of 6 Homecoming Checkpoints, 22 dealers with 8-hour standby workshops, 23 dealers with 24-hour standby workshops, and various after-sales promotions
Jakarta, March 24, 2025 – In celebration of this year’s Eid holiday, Wuling Motors (Wuling) reaffirms its commitment to customer comfort and peace of mind through its after-sales service program titled Tenang Bersama Wuling. The program includes promotions for both electric and conventional vehicles, Homecoming Checkpoints, and Standby Workshops. Through these special services, Wuling aims to ensure that every customer enjoys a safe and comfortable homecoming journey—whether traveling alone or with loved ones. Additionally, Wuling has launched a brand-new TV commercial titled ‘Tenang Bersama Wuling’.
“As part of Wuling’s commitment, we present ‘Tenang Bersama Wuling’ as an after-sales program. It is designed to offer convenience, safety, and peace of mind to our customers during the 2025 Eid holiday season. We have prepared 8-hour standby workshops at 22 dealers, 24-hour standby workshops at 23 dealers, and 6 Homecoming Checkpoints. Special promotions are also available for our customers,” explained Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.

Wuling is offering a wide range of promotions until April 15, 2025, including up to 25% discount on spare parts for those who perform scheduled maintenance on both ICE (internal combustion engine) and EV vehicles, subject to stock availability. Additionally, customers can enjoy complimentary vehicle inspections and free electric vehicle charging at designated holiday checkpoints.
The ‘Tenang Bersama Wuling’ program also includes Wuling Standby Workshops, with 24-hour services available at 23 dealers located across Java, Bali, Sumatera, and Sulawesi from March 29 to April 6, 2025. Meanwhile, 8-hour standby services will operate from March 29 to April 2, 2025, at 22 dealers in Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi. These workshops offer added convenience with 7.7 kW AC charging for EVs and Wuling Mobile Service.
Furthermore, Wuling’s Homecoming Checkpoints will be available during the peak homecoming travel period from March 28 to 30, 2025, and during the return period from April 4 to 6, 2025. There will be three strategic locations along major travel routes: Rest Area Cipali KM 207, Rest Area Batang KM 379, and Rest Area Ngawi KM 575 A. For the return trip, Wuling’s posts will be located at Rest Area Cipali KM 208 B, Rest Area Batang KM 389 B, and Rest Area Ngawi KM 575 B.

In addition to support from PLN’s public charging stations along key toll roads in Java, Wuling has partnered with EV Power to provide DC fast charging facilities throughout the Trans-Java toll road. Starting from Cipali Rest Area 207 A, Batang Rest Area 379A, Ngawi Rest Area 575 A, Ngawi Rest Area 575 B, Batang Rest Area 389 B and Cipali Rest Area 208 B. The fast charging service on this network is free. Wuling EV car users only need to download and use the E-Charge International application to enjoy it.
Not to forget, Wuling also announced that the DC Adapter is now an official spare part that can be ordered by consumers at authorized dealers. Consumers can buy it at a special price of IDR 8 million. “This step is an answer to consumer demand regarding the DC Adapter. Now consumers can place orders at dealerships just like ordering other official spare parts. The price is only valid for 1 purchase for each VIN,” added Maulana Hakim.
Adding to the sense of togetherness in the Eid holiday in 2025, Wuling released a Television Commercial (TVC) with the title 'Tenang Bersama Wuling.' This broadcast raised the journey of an entrepreneurial woman who returned to her hometown during Eid. Through this story, Wuling wants to be a reliable travel companion to bring a sense of calmness to be used during Lebaran holiday.
