The President of Republic of Indonesia Visits the Wuling Motors’ Booth at GIIAS 2021
Glancing at the sophistication of Almaz RS with Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem (WISE) technology
South Tangerang, November 17th 2021 – Today, the president of Republic Indonesia, Ir. H. Joko Widodo, visited GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2021. During his visit, he approached the booths of the GIIAS 2021 exhibitors, including Wuling Motors (Wuling). Occupying booth 3E, Hall 3, ICE BSD City, with an area of 1,200m2 Wuling displays various innovations ranging from the Wuling Indonesian Command (WIND), the Wuling Interconnected Smart Ecosystem (WISE), to the Global Small Electric Vehicle (GSEV) platform.

Almaz RS 'Drive Unlimited Way' stole the attention of Ir. H. Joko Widodo during his visit to the Wuling booth. Almaz RS is Wuling's flagship SUV equipped with WISE innovation that combines Internet of Vehicle (IoV) and Advanced Driving Assistant System (ADAS). This Wuling SUV was also warmly welcomed by consumers with an excellent sales record and media appreciation making it the Car of The Year and Best of High SUV Gasoline Otomotif Award 2021.

Ir. H. Joko Widodo also took the time to see and feel the comfort of the Almaz RS cabin. Seeing the enthusiasm of the President of the Republic of Indonesia at the Wuling booth, Shi Guoyong, President Director of Wuling Motors proudly welcomed. "The arrival of Mr. Joko Widodo at our booth is an honor. We are very grateful for the presence and support of Mr. Joko Widodo for the GIIAS 2021 exhibition participants, especially Wuling," said Shi Guoyong.
