In August 2023, Wuling Motors unveiled their latest electric car variant, the Air ev Lite. Although the battery capacities of the Standard Range and Lite versions differ from the Long Range type, both are still capable of delivering good performance for daily mobility.

Design and Interior Features

The Air ev Lite features an exterior design with a single body color. The features offered by Wuling's Air ev are more than sufficient for daily commuting. To support safety, this car is equipped with an anti-lock braking system, an EBD, a crash sensor, an airbag, rear seat belts, parking sensors, front and rear parking sensors, and an engine check warning.

To ensure security, the car has central locking, an anti-theft device, an engine immobilizer, power door locks, and a car alarm. Meanwhile, the Air ev Standard Range is sold at a price of 222 million rupiah, and the Air ev Long Range is sold at a price of 270 million rupiah. All these prices are on-the-road (OTR) prices in Jakarta. These prices have also been reduced by a 10% value-added tax (VAT) incentive from the government, so you only need to pay 1% VAT. With a difference of approximately 33 million rupiah from the Air ev Standard Range, this makes the Air ev Lite the most affordable electric car in Indonesia.
