Providing services with ease and safety for Wuling customers affected by the flood.

Jakarta, 15 December 2021 – To provide a sense of security to customers in the rainy season, Wuling Motors (Wuling) launched a customer care program titled 'Wuling Siaga Banjir'. This program is valid for all Wuling customers until January 31, 2022. In collaboration with dealer partners throughout Indonesia, Wuling provides free towing fees for units affected by flooding from the incident site to the nearest dealer and 50% discount for replacement of certain spare parts with terms and conditions apply.

"The 'Wuling Siaga Banjir' program is presented as a form of our concern for customers in this rainy season. Through this campaign, we hope that customers can use it to get after-sales service at a more affordable cost to restore the condition of their vehicles after being affected by floods so they can continue driving towards a better life in line with the spirit of ‘Drive For A Better Life’," said Taufik S. Arief as Aftersales Director of Wuling Motors.

In this program, Wuling also provides free towing services for units affected by flooding which requires immediate action to the nearest Wuling dealer in several cities. In addition, for customers throughout Indonesia whose units are affected by flood, if the total replacement of certain spare parts still in range with the maximum amount of IDR 8,000,000, then the customer is entitled to a 50% discount. These spare parts include pistons, piston rings, valve, connecting rod, metal bearing, engine gasket, electrical harness, modules, sensors, actuators, motor starter, and alternator.

The 'Wuling Siaga Banjir' program applies to customers’ vehicles that are affected by floods and not covered by insurance or caused by human error. One customer can only join this program once during the period (no repeat claims). The level of damage that can be handled is classified as follows: light (with the flood height to the bottom of the carpet), medium (with the flood height to the back of the seat), and heavy (with the flood height up to the roof of the vehicle).
