Wuling Community Warmly Welcomes the First Appearance of New Almaz RS at GIIAS 2023
WLCI, CI, WALI, and WEVI got a firsthand look at the interior and exterior of Wuling's latest flagship SUV.
Jakarta, August 14, 2023 - Wuling Motors (Wuling) invited four official communities to see the exterior and interior appearance of Wuling's latest flagship SUV, New Almaz RS, at GIIAS 2023. At this annual automotive exhibition, Wuling together with Wuling Club Indonesia (WLCI), Cortezian Indonesia (CI), Wuling Almaz Indonesia (WALI), and Wuling Electric Vehicle Indonesia (WEVI), saw the upgraded New Almaz RS Pro & New Almaz RS Hybrid at GIIAS 2023 at booth 9B, Hall 9, ICE BSD City. The series of community visits were divided into two sessions, WEVI, and WALI communities were held on Saturday (12/8), then continued with the WLCI and Cortezian Indonesia communities on Sunday (13/8).
Wuling New Almaz RS, which carries the tagline 'Drive Unlimited Way', applies a modern and futuristic exterior touch displayed through the New Glossy Black Front Bumper & Grille. Elegant nuances are applied to the Wuling lettering emblem on the back of the car, as well as the use of 18-inch alloy wheels with a sporty design. The classy look of the rear bumper equipped with LED lights supports the perfect update to the SUV segment in its class.
Ramadhoni as the General Secretary of WLCI expressed his impression of the exterior design of New Almaz RS, "I am grateful for the opportunity given to see the first Wuling New Almaz RS at GIIAS 2023. The appearance of Wuling New Almaz RS with a new bumper & grille design and a modern look on the back side strengthens the impression of a futuristic and bold SUV."

Moving on to the interior, this Wuling SUV is supported with a tilt and telescopic steering wheel that adds to the driver's comfort. Then, the New Classy Carbon Black Interior Style made of elegant synthetic leather in a 7-seater configuration further spoils passengers. The journey is even more perfect because of the soft-touch panel on the dashboard and the New Sophisticated Multicolor Ambience Light in the cabin.
Impressed with the appearance of the New Almaz RS interior, Teddy Ichsan, General Secretary of Cortezian Indonesia also expressed his positive response. "After seeing the interior of New Almaz RS, I think the cabin is still comfortable for 7 passengers with a classy feel on every side. Then there is a panoramic sunroof and audio from infinity which has been characteristics of Almaz."

The SUV segment is an important segment for Wuling with the presence of the Almaz series which has launched in Indonesia since 2019 and continued its innovation by launching Wuling Almaz RS in 2021 and Wuling Almaz Hybrid in 2022. The first and only advanced Indonesian voice command feature in Indonesia, Wuling Indonesian Command, helps users access various settings in the car. Wuling Remote Control App connects users with the vehicle to control and provide access to vehicle settings via the MyWuling+ application and Head Unit. The driving experience is also supported by ADAS which consists of 4 function categories, namely Adaptive Cruise, Lane Recognition, Safe Distance and Braking Assistance, and Automatic Light with a total of 12 safety support features in driving.
